    1. Kellyn you will be amazed by this city. There are so many things to do and see. Don’t miss the best sunset of Porto at “Serra do Pilar”, great place to take pictures of Porto.

  1. I haven’t been to Porto for a while.
I liked it very much, specially walking along the river, the view from the 6 bridge and find the similarities between Portugal and Brazil (more precisely Salvador, Brazil’s first capital).
    Great tips guys.

  4. I see a lot of very similar things on this list as what we did in Lisbon. It looks so fantastic and makes me wish we had made the three hour trip here. We stayed in Lisbon for a week but just never made it to Porto. I do think it is probably a bit better than Lisbon so we’ll have to go back and see it for sure. I love the quirky side streets!

    1. Porto and Lisbon have a different vibe. Porto is more traditional and culture, here you discover the real Portuguese people and Porto have more history. Lisbon is a more cosmopolitan city and much of the historic places have been destroyed in the Earthquake of 1755. What you see now in Lisbon have been all rebuild, in Porto you have all historic places intact and is such a nice city, for that it was considered the best European Destination of 2017.
